What You'll Need
Required Documents
- Valid government-issued photo ID (driver's license or passport)
- Proof of income (recent pay stubs, tax returns, or employment letter)
- Rental history and references from previous landlords
- Social Security Number for background and credit check
Financial Requirements
- Monthly income of at least 3x the rent amount
- Credit score of 650 or higher (exceptions may apply)
- First month's rent plus security deposit due at lease signing
- Application fee of $50 per adult applicant
